By downloading, installing, or using Sun Lock ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. About the App
Sun Lock is an app that operates locally on your device.
The App does not use analytics and does not communicate with a backend operated by us.
3. Privacy and Data
The App does not require account creation and does not use advertising trackers or analytics SDKs.
App activity and locally stored preferences remain on your device unless your platform provider handles them separately through services you choose to use.
4. License to Use the App
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App may also be subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom license agreement is provided.
You may use the App for personal, lawful purposes.
- You may not use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law.
- You may not redistribute or resell the App without permission.
5. Availability and Updates
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or parts of it at any time.
Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or compatibility with every device or iOS version.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
8. Third-Party Platform Terms
If you download the App through the Apple App Store, your use of that platform remains subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
