Terms of Use

The rules for using the app, including the free tier, Pro, and how subscriptions renew and cancel.

Effective Date 07.10.2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of JPG & Photos to PDF: Pagefit ("Pagefit" or "the App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to the App.

2. About the App

Pagefit turns photos from your library and documents you scan with the camera into PDFs. It works on your device; see our Privacy Policy for how it handles your information.

3. Free Use

Without Pro, you can create 3 PDFs in any rolling 7-day period. Free PDFs have no watermark.

  • Only PDFs that are created successfully count. Cancelled or failed ones don't.
  • Deleting a PDF doesn't give a free PDF back.
  • Editing a saved PDF doesn't count, unless none of its original pages remain. Then it counts as a new PDF, and the App tells you before you save.

4. Pro PRO

Pro unlocks:

  • unlimited PDFs;
  • password protection;
  • searchable, selectable text;
  • several photos per page;
  • page numbers.

5. Subscriptions, Trials and One-Time Purchases

  • The price and length of each plan are shown in the App before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the renewal price shown in the App.
  • If a plan includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • One-time purchases, where offered, are paid once and do not renew.

6. Cancelling, Refunds and Restoring

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings, following Apple's instructions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

On a new device, tap Restore purchases on the Pro screen or in the App's Settings while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.

7. Your Content

Your photos and PDFs are yours. You are responsible for having the right to convert and share the content you use with the App.

8. Password-Protected PDFs

We can't see, reset or recover the password of a PDF you protect. If you lose a password, copies of that PDF can stay locked for good, so keep your passwords somewhere safe.

9. License to Use the App

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as set out in Apple's End User License Agreement.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App, or use it to break the law.

10. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will be error-free or always available.

Keep your own copies of important documents, and check each PDF before you rely on it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
